摘要：

全球主要股市控盤系統，包括美系、歐系、日系、澳系、阿拉伯系、兩岸三地等。近年來兩岸證券期貨外匯業內人士，逐漸形成了共識，認爲全球「技術分析」最重要的兩部《聖經》是『波浪原則』與『酒田战法』。其中源於「道氏理論」的波浪原則(信則)，向來是“美系”外資投資操盤依循遵奉的"聖經"；源於日本17世紀本間宗久的『酒田战法』78招，向來是“日系”外資投資操盤依循遵奉的"聖經"。

越來越多新興國家操盤者以及業內人士領悟，熟練這兩部「技術分析」的好處: 其一，投資操盤可以打敗大盤指數，創造傑出操盤績效(實踐MBO)；其二，不只適用在股票、期貨，外匯、房地產等操盤亦適用。然而市面上許多著作(包括論文及期刊)並沒有把『波浪原則』或者『酒田战法』原著，做正確且完整地發輝及創新，而且兩岸的實務界與理論界到目前爲止，還未出台任何一本可以充分把『波浪原則』或者『酒田战法』融會貫通的實務著作。

有鑑於此，筆者首先針對“美系”的操盤聖經『波浪原則』結合『道氏理論』完整地融會創新，企望幫助大學系所在投資和投機的實務教學上，能邁向更高一層境界。

Abstract:

The world's major stock market control and operation systems, including American, European, Japanese, Australian, Arabic, cross-strait, etc. In recent years, people in the securities, futures and foreign exchange industry on both sides of the strait have gradually formed a consensus, believing that the two most important "Bibles" of global "technical analysis" are " Elliott Wave Principle " and "Sakata Tactics". Among them, the Elliott Wave Principle (rule of faith) derived from the "Dow Theory" has always been the "Bible" followed by "American" foreign investment traders; the 78 moves of "Sakata Warfare" originated from the "Sakata Warfare" by Honma Munehisa in the 17th century in Japan has always been the "Bible" followed by "Japanese" foreign investment traders.

More and more traders in emerging countries and people in the industry have realized the benefits of being proficient in these two "technical analysis": first, investment trading can beat the market index and create outstanding trading performance (practice MBO); second, it is not only applicable to stocks, futures, foreign exchange, real estate and other trading. However, many works (including papers and periodicals) on the market do not accurately and completely develop and innovate the original works of " Elliott Wave Principle" or "Sakata Tactics", and the practical and theoretical circles on both sides of the strait have not published any practical works that can fully integrate " Elliott Wave Principle" or "Sakata Tactics".

In view of this, the author first integrated and innovated the " Elliott Wave Principle" combined with the "Dow’s Theory" in the trading bible of the American stock market control and operation system, hoping to help the university departments to move towards a higher level in the practical teaching of investment and speculation.
